Alberta started classes this morning. I left a good luck note on the door reminding her to breathe throughout the day.
That's good advice for us all. When life appears scary or overwhelming, focus on taking one breath at a time.

You are SO calming. Asante Sana. What frigtens me is my weight. I talked with a very pleasant and attractive woman today who is heavier than me and I wondered what would it take for me to be comfortable at that weight - 'cause I never thought I would be comfortable at the weight I am now - but I am - sorta/kinda...
