Just One of those Days

Have you ever had one of those blah days where you felt uninspired, unattractive, and untalented? Well, I'm having one of those "un" days. I can't decide whether I should fight against these feelings or just let myself feel them.

What about you? How do you survive your "un" days?

  1. Thank God there is so much going on that they never last all day. So I just go with the flow and know that this too shall pass. You can't have up days everyday so work on having more up ones than down ones. Even on a down day - find one thing you can love about yourself. It's called life - peaks, valleys and plateaus.

  2. Hey. I went to the rec center and got the schedule of classes that began in January. No Yoga and the time for the others that interested me just will not work right now. SO I'm now looking at different diets. I have ruled out the Flat Belly Diet - it makes NO sense to me, especially the 4- day jumpstart. Next on the list is Weight Watchers - I have been successful on that at least 3 times -:) and I'm curious about Ian Smith's 4-day diet that is a part of the 50 million pounds lost (or something like that)with State Farm. However, whatever I do will have to wait until January 26. I just made a last minute decision to "get on the bus" to DC. I wil be leaving on the 19th and returning on the 21st and I need a couple of recoup days.
