We all get heavier as we get older because there's a lot more information in our heads. So I'm not overweight, I'm just really intelligent and my head couldn't hold any more so it started filling up the rest of me!

I've decided to follow three words this year; Committed, Conscientious, and confidence. I want to have confidence that I will lose, no, not lose ( what you lose you find) I want to have conidence that I will eliminate unwanted and uneeded pounds from my body. I also want to be conscientious about what I put in my mouth. I have realized that over the years I have not been committed to eliminating the pounds. So with your help I plan to stay committed. Those of you that saw the e-mail story about the carrot, egg, and coffee in boiling water, I decided to be more like coffee this year. If you did not read the story I'll e-mail it to Lillie so you can read it.
